It’s that time again to have some theatre fun! Come along and participate in the making of COTA’s 2026 spring show "Arsenic and Old Lace". This play is a classic dark comedy about love, murder, and family!

We are alight with excitement for this production, and we can’t wait to get started! It’s a modest play that’s a delight for new and veteran thespians alike. If you’ve been waiting for an easy opportunity to join a COTA production, now’s the time!

Performances will be Friday & Saturday, May 1st & 2nd, 2026.

We’ll be holding casting calls in the Barn Loft on:

Friday, January 23rd from 6-8pm

Saturday, January 24th from 2-4pm

***NOTE to interested ACTORS:

This will be a casual audition to identify which roles play to everyone’s strengths.
We’ll have scenes printed out that you can pick up and use, or you can come prepared with a one-minute scene or monologue from any production.
There’s no need to memorize it. We just want to see you strut your stuff on stage; how you do that is completely up to you.

**NOTE to interested CREW:

We also need help backstage!
ALL ROLES NEEDED (lighting, sound, props, costume, setup, etc.)
If you’re interested in helping behind the scenes, please attend a casting call to watch the auditions and fill out the interest forms.
